By submitting a camp, activity, or program to Kids2Camp, the Organization represents and warrants that:
- All submitted information is accurate, current, truthful, and not misleading, including pricing, schedules, staffing, age ranges, licensing status, and program descriptions.
- The Organization has all required licenses, permits, insurance, approvals, and legal authority necessary to operate its programs in its applicable jurisdiction.
- The Organization is solely responsible for the operation, supervision, safety, staffing, transportation, policies, and delivery of all services offered.
- Kids2Camp is solely an advertising, listing, and discovery platform and does not operate, supervise, endorse, certify, or guarantee the Organization's services.
- The Organization agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kids2Camp, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, lawsuits, regulatory actions, disputes, losses, or expenses arising from:
- the Organization's services or operations,
- inaccurate or misleading listing information,
- injuries, damages, disputes, or complaints involving participants,
- violations of law, licensing requirements, or regulatory obligations.
- Listing approval by Kids2Camp does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, certification, legal approval, or verification of program quality or safety.
Kids2Camp reserves the right to reject, remove, suspend, or modify listings at its sole discretion.
